Moon Shadow by Tanja Ackerman
“Moon Shadow” is an original artwork from my ‘Moonshadow’ series. This unique abstract painting portrays the experience of seeing sound (Synaesthesia). Synaesthesia is my superpower. When I listen to music and hear natural sounds I have a profound visual experience. The beauty and joy of seeing music in my visual field. I suggest listening to the music when viewing my work for a complete sensory experience. (Moonshadow by Cat Stevens.)
“Moonshadow” is a song written and performed by Cat Stevens (known since 1978 as Yusuf Islam), first released in the United Kingdom in 1970 as a single and in 1971 on his album Teaser and the Firecat in the USA. It is also the title and subject of this unique abstract painting.
This strong work is vibrant and energetic, like the music itself. Painted on 360 GSM cotton/poly blend canvas with a kiln-dried wooden frame. This abstract artwork is a wonderful talking piece and will bring life to any room. Signed with a certificate of authenticity.
